After slipping a disc in 2021, I spent nearly a year unable to walk, relying on a wheelchair and walking aids. After extensive consultations, I chose decompression surgery on my L4/L5 in November 2022. Following five months of recovery, I was determined to rebuild my strength safely, especially after injuring myself while working out with a previous trainer.

Detailed Programming
In the consultation, we can discuss which program is best for you and your fitness goals. You can expect it to be tailored and laid out very simply for you to work on. Each program will include exercise videos that I have personally filmed, ensuring that my clients receive the best demonstrations of exercise form and technique. I am always here to answer any questions you may have, and through our 1:1 weekly check-ins, you can be assured that you'll stay up-to-date with all the online coaching features.
